C | 同时，市卫健委通过在全市范围内开展中医药文化进校园、进乡村、进社区等宣传活动，将中医药健康知识、中医药保健服务送到群众身边。

D | 并积极发挥中医药宣教基地、中医药健康知识角的作用，不断优化中医药文化产品供给，为群众带来丰富的中医药文化体验，营造全社会了解中医的良好氛围。         　　为了让基层医疗机构的中医馆从“有”向“优”迈进，让中医药更加广泛、更深入地融入群众的生产生活中，市卫健委通过持续加强以公立中医医院为龙头，以社区卫生服务机构、乡镇卫生院、村卫生室为基础，以综合医院、专科医院、妇幼保健机构中医药科室为骨干，以民营中医院、中医门诊部、诊所等为补充的基层中医药服务网络，持续优化中医药资源配置，提升中医药服务能力，着力打造全生命周期的中医药健康服务体系。全市已建设标准化中医馆71家，26家社区卫生服务中心、45家乡镇卫生院均建有中医药综合服务区，实现了中医馆全覆盖。         　　多年来，抚顺市十分注重师承教育和高层次中医药人才培养。

E | 持续推动中医药优质资源下沉、共享，深化三级中医医院对口帮扶，加强县级中医医院对基层医疗卫生机构的培训指导，发挥好县级中医医院在县域中医医疗、预防保健、特色康复、人才培养、适宜技术推广和中医药健康宣教中的龙头作用。我市还立足生态优势，全链条推进中药产业发展，精准规划布局中药材产业，推进中医药健康产业发展。
